What is this about?

A lot of fellow photographers have done their own versions of "the 365". The point is to pick a topic and take one photo everyday on that topic. I have chosen a "Family 365" for a few reasons. Taking pictures so often for other people leaves me with little desire to take nice quality photos of my own family. My lack of desire in that area has gotten me into trouble more often than I want to admit! So this 365 is not only for you to enjoy and keep up with what we have going on, but more importantly for my husband, my children, and myself. I need to have a daily reminder that it isnt just in busines that
life happens remember it.

Day 34

Merry Christmas (eve)!

Christmas Eve program at church, snacks and presents. Jason parents made it up from Madison in the storm for the service and then headed back home (in the storm) Not quite home yet, hoping they make it safely. The kids were excited to have them here.

Day 34


The kids got a Wii for Christmas and we let Jake be the one to open it. When Ryan finaly saw it, he said "ummm.. emily Jake got a Wii... WAIT.. is this really a Wii???" I had previously wrapped a few of the gifts in Schwans frozen food boxes, so Jake could have had as good a chance of getting chicken strips as he would a wii, but it was a wii, and at midnight we finally got the kids to head to bed. I am sure J and I will be up for a bot yet.
