What is this about?

A lot of fellow photographers have done their own versions of "the 365". The point is to pick a topic and take one photo everyday on that topic. I have chosen a "Family 365" for a few reasons. Taking pictures so often for other people leaves me with little desire to take nice quality photos of my own family. My lack of desire in that area has gotten me into trouble more often than I want to admit! So this 365 is not only for you to enjoy and keep up with what we have going on, but more importantly for my husband, my children, and myself. I need to have a daily reminder that it isnt just in busines that
life happens remember it.
Welcome to Zimmerman Family 365!

Day 47

This picture will make no sense, but this is what i want to remember from today.
Ryan has a book from school that he is supposed to bring home and read from each night. He has been having a hard time remembering to bring it home. So tonight i asked him to go grab his book. He comes in a few minutes later and says he doesnt have it. Then as he is walking away he says (in a super serious voice) "It just keeps slipping out of my hand." We all just cracked up. Just picturing him walking to his locker and this book just flying right out of his hand (then he must try to pick it up and he can't, maybe?). You may have had to be here. It was pretty funny. He really thought that was a good reasonable story.
And just cause i KNOW this is coming. I am pretty sure someone from my family is going to make a comment about me, a dog, and a fish bowl-we will leave it at that) So these are Ryan's super slippery hands!

Oh yes, and Jake, he is just so silly. He must have really been looking for something.

Ethan has the same problem! Maybe they need to walk out of the classroom apart, I think that might be the problem.

He forgets his book, OR he has "slippery hands" ?? :)

He forgets his book. But maybe slippery hands are his problem. He's never come up with that one though. He usually just groans and hits his forehead when I ask him where it is. Boys!

Hey Amber...your Aunt here...and here's the fish bowl story. Becca pushed a chair up to Adam's dresser where his fish bowl was. She threw everything you can imagine into the bowl...small toys, MONEY, rocks...and something that hit the fish and broke its back. I came in and saw her and asked her "What happened?" Her answer was..."A dog bit it !"
THE END...lol

And Becca....Ryan learned that "super serious voice" from you.

Very cute story, I can totally see her doing that, even now!
